Westlfie's Bryan McFadden has broken his silence about his night of shame with a lapdancer that he feared had cost him his marriage. The pop star has decided to tell his side of the story after mum-of-two Amy Barker claimed she had sex with him while she was 'fulled on cocaine' on his stag night almost two years ago. Bryan told a national newspaper that while she did briefly perform oral sex there was no way that they had full sex. He said: 'I felt guilty, ashamed, and grubby. It had started as a bit of a laugh and gone too far, ended in disaster.'

A shamed Bryan revealed that his greatest fear was losing Kerry when she found out about his moment of madness. He said: 'I knew I had made a stupid mistake, but that's all it was. I could live with the guilt - but I didn't even want to imagine the hurt Kerry would feel if she found out.'

But she found out when the lapdancer went public. Kerry was working in the Bahamas and she telephoned Bryan to confront him. He was so distraught that he considered suicide. The couple had a tense reunion two days later. Kerry said: 'The moment I saw Bryan I knew I still loved him - but I also knew I wanted him to pay, to feel the hurt he had caused me.' They have revealed that the sordid incident has made them stronger and more determined than ever to stick together.
