It was Halloween night. The lads were having a party.
Kian was in a funny mood.He put on a Halloween mask and slowly moved towards Shane."Boohoo".!!
Shane didn't even flinch. "you could at least have pretendet to be scared" Kian said hurt. Shane sighed "I'm very scared of you Kian"
Kian shook his head "too late" !
"Sorry" Shane said. "I just can't find anything spooky on Halloween. I mean it's just dressed up people! That's not spooky, That's Funny!"
" A bit spooky too" Mark said and he shuddered at the pure thought of the ugly Halloween Masks he had seen in the shop earlier that day.
Shane laughed "Are you still scared of that stupid Mask Mark?"
Mark blushed "Well, It WAS Spooky! Wasn't it?" he looked at Nicky and Kian for support. They tried not to grin. "Uhm,...yep...very much so!"
"I have to say Mark is right some Halloween things really are spooky!" Gillian helped Mark. They sat down to watch a Horrorfilm what Kian wasn't too pleased about."Can't we watch something else?"he asked.
But he was outnumbered by votes. Only Mark wanted to watch something else too.
"God! Mark, Kian! Thats just fake!" Shane tried to calm them but he wasn't too convincing. Kian and Mark prefered to better not be looking at the screen.
Shane got up silently and put on a Halloween outfit.Then he stormed back in the Room. It really Was spooky! Gillian, Jodi and Georgina went pale white and jumped up in panic. Kian and Mark didn't jump up but they did go pale.
Only Nicky grinned amused.
"Shane!" Gillian looked at him reproachfully.
"Sorry" Shane grinned."That wasn't very nice you know Shane Filan!" Gillian said. "You look scary! All that blood and that spider!"
"Spider?" Shane asked. Then he saw it. A hairy spider sat on his leg.He jumed and brushed it off.Shane shuddered with disgust.
Nicky caught the spider and threw it out of the window.
He smiled "So am I the only one here who is Not scared tonight then?"
They ate, drank and had fun. And finally it was midnight.
They switched off the light to play a game of finding each other in the Darkness. Mark almost bumped into the wall and Shane knocked over a chair. Kian fumbled around in the darkness.
He felt something soft. Soft like Jodis Jacket. He smiled and hugged her.
"Gotcha!" he said and kissed her on the cheek.
"YOU NUTS?" Nicky shouted.
Gillian who was next to the lightswitch switched it on and had to laugh.
Mark and Georgina stood lost in the room. Shane was still struggling with the chair.Jodi was behind the Sofa looking for a way out and Kian hugged Nicky who looked angry.
"OOPS! Sorry mate!" Kian said confused.
"Ok, I switch off the light again will I?" Gilian grinned.
"No!" Nicky said. "This game is far too scary!!"
