Annie sits all alone in her room,singing the song to herself.That
fantastic evening seems to be happened once again,but actually that was 2
years ago...

That day was her university celebration day then.And Annie was the 3rd
year student.as a campus singer,she was asked by the school to sing a
song at the celebrating evening.Annie was really talented in singing and
could play her guitar deadly well.and at that evening,she decided to
sing a song DREAM COME TRUE from her fave boyband westlife.

Here in the US not many people knew westlife.Annie was a westlife
fan through internet basically.Sometimes she felt some kind of leaving
out when turning to music cos everyone around her would tell her 'it's
not my kind of music' when she wanna talk westlife with someone,or even
worse,they would say'westlife?what is it?'

But still Annie decided to sing this westlife song at the
evening.that band is pretty cool,she said to herself.

Exciting night.all the performer did their performance at the party
square in campus,and while Annie was half at her singing:dreams come
true they do...

'Dreams come true they do,from all of us to all of ya...'a familiar
voice went into her ears,Shane filan just stood beside her,singing with
her.she couldn't believe her eyes,The unexpected meet totally knocked
Annie death.She just stood there,forgot she had to do her performance.a
thought of singing with Shane gave her the heebie-jeebies.

Shane gave her a sign to go on.she did but she couldn't remember
what she actually sang.It just seemed so difficult to stay on stage with
her dreamy guy.Few minutes went as if an eternity.thank godness,it did
end.

Annie went off the stage,felt like she was in a coma.Shane was
calling from the behind,oh gosh,she even forgot Shane filan was there,too!

'Ya got a really brilliant voice,girl,I was really blowed away by
it.By the way ,mind if I know your name?'Shane asked.

'Annie',she replied,and tried to make her seems calm in the
face.Shane's sweet voice made her completely lost.'I'd kill for that
voice,'She thought to herself.and managered to say another sentence:'hey,what
are ya guys doing here?shooting a video?'

'Now what are ya talking about?ya guys?shooting a video?I don't
get ya,shooting a video for what?'Shane said,trying to sound puzzled.He
just didn't wanna to reveal his identity.

'It's weird, I mean,Mr.Filan,what are ya and your band members
doing here in America?'

'Oh,I see,ya must mistaken me for Shane filan from westlife.But I'm
not suprised.once I went to their website,I aslo think that guy looked
like me.and I'm flattered that ya said so.um...Anyway,I really hope I
were Shane westlife'Shane said and laughed to himself'hell,what's wrong
with ya to make up such a crap story!'Actually Shane was taking a long
break at that time,cos Louis sensed that the band was over-stressful.So
he granted every member to have a long holiday.And for Shane,he was
just wandering and enjoying a normal life here in the US,and of course,he
didn't expect to hear their songs to be sang in a celebatrion in this
hard-crack country.So he couldn't help but run to the square to sing
with Annie.Nobody recoginzed him here,except Annie.

Now Annie was totally in a mess.How could this guy...not Shane
filan?It's just impossible!'hey,Shane,I know I've never met ya face to
face before,I'm only a fan by internet,but still ya don't need to decieve
me like this to make fun...'

'It is really ridicous,girl'Shane broke in,laughing,'What do ya
think I'm doing here if I were Shane filan anyway?Hanging around the
school yard?Ya knew westlife ain't popular here so I don't need to try to
hide my identity even if I were .Now,girl,don't go on with your lovely
thoughts,I'm not Shane filan though I hope I were anyway.'

Annie had never felt like this weird before.if the man before her
weren't Shane filan,who else could he be?hHis looks,his voice and
espically his mege-killing smile are all telling her that he IS.But just like
the man said himself,if he were,he should stay with the other band
members,shooting video,doing a promotion or what,not just...'now she began
to debate with herself,though her 6th sense told her that he IS,the
more she thought about logic,the more she disbelived herself.

'A penny for your thought'Shane laughs,with that angelic smile that
would lighten the whole night.'Now what part of me that ya still don't
get?girl,I said one more time,that I'm not Shane filan,call me David if
ya like.'

'Maybe ya are right'Annie murmured.

'Now where are ya going?Annie,will ya stay here till the performance
end?'

'I'm afraid not.I would be here till it's end,but...hey,how can I
say,I just got mixed up.I guess I will go directly to my dorm and just
sleep.In case I'm not mad tomorow'

'Fancy a walk instead?'Shane asked,giving her a ear-to-ear
grin,'like I said,ya've got a brilliant voice and I'd like to hear it more.'

Annie looked at him,she seldom went out with someone actually,She
is not an out-going person though she was an campus singer and did many
performances in all kinds of activities in school,still she prefered to
be alone,listening to music and singing.but she just felt that she
couldn't deny him,at least she couldn't deny his beautiful smile.

'I'd love to 'came her answer,she felt all flushed with fever
now,she was always a shy person.

Then they went walking together.they talked about everything,Annie
was suprised that she would talk to much to this guy,she even didnt
talk this much with friends.on the other side,Shane felt exactly the
same,he even began to regret that he told the lie to Annie,The girl was so
pure and innocent.he tried such hard to hide his identity cos he wanna
make sure that Annie treats him for himself,not for Shane westlife,now
he realized that it's really not necessary to try this on her.something
grew in both their hearts,they didn't say that out ,but both knew it.

It's getting quite late now.Annie sensed that she should be back
school.'I'd better go back now'she said,forced a smile,heaven knows how
much she wanted to stay with Shane(whom she took for so-called
David),night and day ,day and night,but she had to leave.

'I was just wondering if...'Shane stopped.he didn't know how to say
these,deep down,he was planning tons of ways to spend a romantic night
with Annie but now she told him she had to go!He had no idea now-she
was not like the most girls he saw before,she acted such kind of a shy
way.'then...goodnight'he said,reluctantly.'could I know your mobile
number,I mean,ya're such a nice girl and I 'd love to see ya again.'

She gave him,'then...bye bye'

Shane felt an urge to kiss her,to explore every space of her
mouth,but...then he looked at her,ever so cute,just like a little babe.he
kissed her on the forehead instead.

'Bye'Annie said once again.she moved some steps,but stopped and
turned back,Shane was still standing there.

'Now ya go first'Shane said,so finally Annie left.

chapter2

For the next day,Annie was totally in a state of daydreaming.She
got 2 literature classed in the morning,but she could only see the
movements of the teacher's mouth instead of hearing his words.god,I'm
dizzy.she said to herself.She knew she was waiting desperately for the call.

Of course,on Shane's side,he just couldn't wait to make the phone
call.several mins after class,they were together again.

Things went on the same for more than 2 weeks.they fell in
love,that's needless to say.Actually they fell in love from the first
night.Annie never felt like this before,she did date some lads before but the
feeling of being with Shane was delirious!

But on the other side,Shane filan was still Shane filan,he ain't
David,like he said,he kept the secret to himself but he knew he had to
spill the beans one day if he wanted to have Annie forever.God knows how
many times he wanted to tell her the truth,but then he just didn't now
where to start.he was afraid of losing Annie if she knew he had cheated
her,but maybe...he would like to think,things would be turned out
better 'cos she did like westlife.

chapter3

One day,while they were sitting in the park,feeding the
pigeons.Shane's mobile phone rang.

'Hey Shane,this is louis,how's your trip in the US?'

'Fine,now what happened?is the holiday over?'

'I'afraid it is.'cos there is an important press conference that you
all need to be at present.I'm sorry we have to start 2 weeks
earlier,but please understand.I will call other guys now.is it right for
ya,Shane?'

'I...'Shane turned back to look at Annie,he knew he had to tell the
truth now.'I can't stay here forever in the name of david,so all I have
to do now is to tell Annie the truth and asked her to go with me.'Shane
thought to himself.''ok,louis,I'll be back soon.'Shane replies.'bye'

He hang up the phone,turning back to Annie,she looked at
him'louis?louis walsh?'

'Annie,I'm sorry,I'm sorry for all the stories I've made.I didn't
mean to lie to ya.I don't know why I did.if only ya know how many times I
wanted to tell ya the truth,but I was such a stupid fool that I ...'

No,Annie wasn't angry .Actually nobody could stay angry with Shane
'cos he looked so guiltless.she knew he never meant to offend.it's easy
to see that he was genuinely sorry.anyway,she was shocked,at that's all
it's about.she just didn't know what to do now,to a different man.

'No,Shane,don't blame yourself,I understand,it's just a
surprise,that's all.'

'Then...'Shane asked eagerly.'Louis just called to ask me to go back
to make a press conference.ya know I have to be back,Annie,I was
thinking that ya come along with me...'

'what?coming back with ya?to ireland?no...that's impossible.'Annie
said,totally messed up.she was lost,she looked at Shane,not david,which
she thought for so many days.she couldn't wake up from this change that
quick.she felt a little bit headache.'I never thought about it ,Shane,I
guess that's not a good idea.I mean,I have my own things to do here...'

'But Annie,now what are ya talking about?I can't just leave ya here
and go back all along.if I did,we probably would never see each other
again.no,I won't do that.see girl,we are meant for each other,I won't let
go of this chance,no,never.'

'But ya should understand if ya do love me.I couldn't face such a
change,and I won't throw away all my life here to start a entire new one.I
would never used to all the things that ya are goig to do,and I'm
afraid of the mass media and stuff.And I need to finish my study
here,no,don't think of it again,I won't leave.'

'Annie,don't say that.I'm sure ya will be adjusted to all those
things,and that's really not important,what's important is that we love
each other ,we just can't leave each other this way.Don't be so stubborn,I
know ya need some time to accept the truth,so don't hesitate to make
this decision,ya gonna regret for it.'

'I know what I am talking about,Shane.that just won't happen.no
matter how much time ya gave me to consider this,the answer is still
'no'.And I...I ...'

'What?'

'Frankly I don't know how to love ya now that ya told me ya're Shane
filan,not david!'Annie spoke out,and tearing running down her pretty
face.

Now Shane is totally devastated,He knew the things won't happen like
he expected.Time seemed to be at a standstill.for a long time there's
total silence.he dried away Annie's tears,but only there's more came
down.

'Forget me'Annie finally said.'I'm sorry for the decision I've
made,but there's no other way.well,if there's no other thing here to do,I
guess I should leave now.anyway,Thanks for all the happiness ya gave me
those days which will always on my mind.'

'Annie,no,don't say this,don't say your goodbye to me.'Shane tried
hard to hold back his tears'consult your heart.say that ya will go with
me.'

'No,I won't go with ya.just forget all these.'

'Ann-'Shane stopped,he knew Annie well,if she dicided
something,she sure would stick up to that.

They kissed,both felt they were dying.

10 mins later,Annie stand alone in the park.she knew Shane had
left.and it's her who sent him away.'Shane'she murmured,she felt she
couldn't breath,'why won't ya come back?ya knew I need ya.I always need
ya.'But who's there to blame?She knew she was hurting both Shane and
herself,but she aslo knew that if she could choose all over again,the
decision she've made just now would still remain.there's no more to say now.

The music in the park was still on,but Annie knew that there would
be no music in her live now,no,never.
